A Cheeky Arrival in the Reptile House!

We had an extra special arrival today on the Farm! One of our Blue Tongue Skinks gave birth to a cheeky little baby! I was so excited I went to get a picture of mum with her new baby. Just as I took the photo he put his little blue tongue out! HA! I thought it made a really cool photo so I thought I should show you all!

Our Blue Tongue Skinks are from Indonesia. Unlike other lizards they give birth to their young, rather than lay eggs.

Our cheeky new skink is such a character we would like you to send some suggestions for names. Email them to Anthony and we will pick our favourite and let you know on this blog!
